Scott Allen Meek Stephens (a.k.a. ScottNot and 2016PresidentialCandidate) is a professional domain squatter, pothead guido and self-proclaimed injun who owns and operates The Council for Native American Indian Progress, Inc. and once attempted to sue President Donald J. Trump after claiming that he stole the "Make America Great Again" campaign slogan from him despite the fact that Ronald Reagan used the same exact campaign slogan while Scott was still wearing diapers and attending high school.

Scott currently makes a living by selling overpriced garbage on eBay and attempting to sell shitty, overpriced, marijuana-related domain names to stoners who are both rich and retarded enough to buy them for millions of dollars (i.e. noone).
