Whistles go WHOO is a meme created at least 100 years ago on ebaumsworld. It is THE way to sell whistle tips in California according to whistle fan Bubb Rubb. He was trying to think of a good way to sell his product, but his brain failed him and made history with his proclamation of WHOO WHOO. Why the reporter did not respond accordingly is a mystery.

The Source of the Lulz
What is really surprising about this particular meme is that these niggers are completely oblivious to what they're doing to their upstanding neighborhood. What is really funny is that white people still live in Oakland and expect not to be trolled IRL. Listen to the negro lady tell the reporter that their addition is "just for decoration". The Epilogue
Not content with just showing off his whistle tip, Bubb Rubb promptly got his whistling ass into a high speed chase with the popo. While Bubb might be loud as hell, few can argue with his skills behind the wheel. Watch as Bubb dances all around the cops only to get his tires blown off by the curb. We conclude with Bubb being dragged down and covered with a bunch of white guys. Looking at all the choppers fly around, we can easily assume Bubb has a Three Star wanted level.
