Bruce Waugh is a 51-year old sick IRL Canadian child molester, his entire life consisted of touching little girls and not being sent to jail for it. Spooner - A 69-year old who's now "in a relationship" with 17-year old Bobby-Raie, because he's a sick nutcase he also has a history of molesting little girls. He's identical to Bruce in every way other than appearance and age, states to want to "marry" Bobby-Raie when she's 21 and take her out to various bars even though he's $79,000 dollars in debt.
