Goatse pose is pretty popular

Koikatsu! is a waifu creator with a peeping-tom and groping simulator tacked on (or not, depending on which marketplace it's purchased from.) Illusion–indeed, the very Illusion behind such great hits as Battle Raper and RapeLay–engineered this game for weebs who fantasize about finding themselves in an isekai where they're the only ones who could provide cock in a all-girl academy… oh, but don't worry, the disclaimer says that they're all over eighteen, so it's fine.

The typical player sends hours meticulously crafting their perfect waifu and then posting her on reddit or a booru before repeating the process again. Those who bother patching in the simulation portion will find themselves getting lost in a school that's either empty but for the one character they created or filled to the brim with with gacha characters or shipgirls they obtained online. The typical gameplay loop consists of stalking a girl and giving them loads of attention for two or so days until they consent to being fucked. If you're a stealthy enough Snake, you can peep on them in the restrooms or in the showers, and if a girl is horny enough, you might stumble upon her masturbating on a desk.

Did we mention patching content in? Yes, well, in order to placate the Steam nannies, Illusion removed the school simulation and uniforms and beckoned customers to instead download a "Special Patch" from their website, which of course earned the scorn of sex-hungry weebs in the review section.

If Koikatsu and its Special Patch aren't enough for the consumer, then there's mods that add even more kinks. But why consume mod, when you could make mods? Indeed, you could make over $500 a month or live off of over 2,000 patrons just by becoming a prolific enough modder.
