Welcome, Williamcll

This is serious. READ IT.

Before making your first article look over ED:101. If you don't, it is unlikely that your article will survive for more than sixty seconds and you risk being banned by ED Sysops.

We realize a lot of you are busy or may be new to ED, so here's just the most important info:

  • Read ED:101. Seriously. The information contained within is invaluable. Further tutorials of use can be found here.
  • To answer a message, reply on the user's talk page (Tab at the top that says 'discussion').
  • Sign your comments by using four tildes (like this ~~~~)
  • These are the sysops. If you have a problem, talk to them. They're here to help; we promise.
  • The TJC is the community portal. It's linked to from every page; just look at the top left of the page. Check it daily.
  • Use Special:Upload to upload pictures. Be sure to give them meaningful names. Also, do not upload any CP or Bestiality pr0n or you will be b&.
  • Active editors and sysops can be found on ED IRC. This is the place to go for advice, collaboration, and brownie points.

Hey, friend

I'm a little drunk so I can't quite communimicate my intentions correctly, but I saw your recent edits via recent changes, and wanted to say thanks a lot for the help with the wiki. :) Mike the Great (talk) 03:38, 3 April 2012 (EDT)

This is actually seen someone speak so sincere at me on ED, its my pleasure to contribute more to this land of lulz Williamcll 04:05, 3 April 2012 (EDT)
I fix'd your reply. Also, sincere is good, but most people here -do- speak sincere. They just mix in not-so-sincere insults. Mike the Great (talk) 04:11, 3 April 2012 (EDT)
True dat, but remember to get on IRC fgt every so often. This whole wiki is lacking updates (and pages too), which I am determined to fix. Williamcll 04:21, 3 April 2012 (EDT)
I'm always on irc. Mike the Great (talk) 04:22, 3 April 2012 (EDT)

deleted article

hello. generally, we don't delete simply because the author requested it, but if the article is not very good, or uninteresting, and the author requests it, then yeah, it will be deleted. it is done on a case by case basis. for instance, the person who wrote the stub for Heidi Crowter can not request deletion, because the article is interesting, and others have made substantial contributions to it. the deleted article was made by one guy, no other substantial edits were made by other users, and it was not very good. given those factors, an author request to delete the page is reasonable. -hipcrime 22:41, 29 April 2012 (EDT)
