Regarding dead RS links

I'll add some video links for now with a mediaconverter.org link. If anyone with a Rapidshare account would like to upload to keep the downloads from dying, please do so.

I just started uploading all of the songs to Rapidshare, and also collating as many of the videos as I can find into one YouTube channel for ease of location.
