This Guy Was So Unbelievably Stupid

There are actually a variety of rather effective ways to get out of paying anything should you ever get sued and lose... but running around attempting to sue everything not nailed to the ground certainly the fuck isn't one of them. In fact that's generally the best means of achieving the OPPOSITE goal. If you really want to file frivolous lolsuits though you need a hobo. Basically you need someone to act as a proxy who has nothing, lives off the grid and is essentially in a state of perpetual bankruptcy. That way if they wind up counter sued and lose it'll automatically be impossible to collect anything and you can continually force them to waste countless thousands of dollars in attorney fees. Further, if said hobo gets barred from filing cases all you have to do is go find another one. Seriously, there's homeless, stupid, crazy people all over the place these days, it's really not that fucking hard to use them in such a capacity. --U Mad Bro 09:53, 19 February 2015 (EST)
