This 'meme' is actually a new twist on the heart attack threads from mid-200HHNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHH

To date, it has generated a modest amount of lulz. However, it was eventually determined that Miltopia was the source of this meme. Since that discovery, it has been considered unfunny. Michael Jackson has also gone HNNNNNNGGGH, due to said unfunnyHHNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHH

Recently the meme has resurfaced in /V/ thanks due in part to the demo release of a cripple dating-sim created by 4channers. The meme stems from the main character whom is afflicted with a vague heart condition that causes his pussy ass to collapse at the on set of even the most milHHNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHH
