The Madness Begins

The origin of derp traces back to an episode of South Park that aired in 1999, in which Chef was replaced by a skinny white retard named Mr Derp, who hit himself on the head with a hammer, crossed his eyes and said "derp!" Of course, only the internet could miss the point that he is supposed to be ridiculously unfunny and embrace it like Brian Peppers embraces a nurse's behind.
