Image maintenance

When cleaning up missing images, please comment them out rather than removing them entirely. In the incredibly unlikely event that they are recovered, they can be easily restored.

Example:

Repeat Article Vandalism

PestilenceWolf, who was recently banned for vandalising the Angelic-Catalyst article, got this girlfriend to whack at it. I thought he was blocked from making a new account which should have stopped TheHairyBandit since they moved in together. Anywho, they keep trying to wipe out a section she's in. Any way to completely stop them from making new accounts and continuing to try and vandalise the article? FacePalmVeteran 08:35, 17 November 2014 (EST)

I was hoping it was an IP ban that way they both would be taken care of. If if it's temporary and even if they keep making emails and accounts, their efforts are easily reverted. I have a feeling they're going to keep trying though. That attempt at an article TheHairyBandit was making is in fact just a revenge article on her ex with whom she had broken it off with (or the other way around) a month ago so if she's still bitter about it despite having a brand-new true love, then I'm sure they'll stay bitter about them being in the article. I don't know much about protections on articles but I'm hoping it will at least impede them while allowing me and the other regulars to keep editing it.

Cache logout

On some pages, particularly file pages, it appears to be impossible to stay logged in while viewing it. The solution is to purge the local MediaWiki cache, accomplished with a bit or URL work. As an example, to clear the cache for https://encyclopediadramatica.se/User_talk:BakaRed, alter the URL to display https://encyclopediadramatica.se/index.php?title=User_talk:BakaRed&action=purge, and load the page.
