It should come to no surprise that Phil is too stupid to play on PC, as there are too many buttons for him to figure out.
Tried to play RAGE in 1080p, but because the idiot doesn't know anything about computers or anything in general, he couldn't get more than a couple of frames per second. This was obviously not Phil's fault, and it was clearly the fault of PC, that he couldn't play the game on max settings with old hardware. The other people that could were obviously cheating despite running on two year old hardware.
Another instance where Phil whined about not being able to play a game without lag was when he tried to run Watch_Dogs in full hd on an old piece of shit computer. Phil also claims, it is obviously a lie, that he used to be part of the PC Master Race.
