#Agile2013 was a hashtag which was going to be used in a conference for Agile Alliance to provide info to its attendees. One anon discovered it and decided to post the story at 4chan and get them to crapflood the hashtag for lulz.
After some minutes, the hashtag was totally ruined with comments like: "Hitler did nothing wrong" and "JEWS DID WTC." The conference organizers tried to solve the problem by reporting the spammers and changing the hashtag to #Agile2, but the new hashtag couldn't stop the flooders and the conference was ultimately ruined.
