Ryan Lambourn (AKA "PiGPEN") is the pube-moustache clad creator of smash-hit games like "The Slaying of Sandy Hook Elementary School" and "V-tech Rampage". Both were complete shit, looked like shit and played like shit. And yet, somehow, everybody mistook them for serious games (much like another game) and both of them caused a hilarious media freakout and brought on many lulz.
