i did manage to find one page that was missed, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:DepartedUser/devnul but the rest of those were deleted, AFAICT, with the rationale "user request" (at least once based on the lie that only Hipocrite edited it), and "right to vanish", which doesn't provide for talk page deletions. so much for transparency:
